2. How bookings are managed

All guest bookings, payments, and communications are processed securely through third-party booking platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and Agoda.
Direct bookings are managed through Smoobu, which also complies with GDPR requirements. These platforms act as the primary data processors and manage guest data securely on our behalf.

3. Information we may receive

We receive limited guest details (such as names, arrival dates, and contact details) to manage stays and meet legal or safety obligations. We do not download, print, or store guest data unless required for operational or regulatory reasons.

4. Data storage and security

Any personal data temporarily accessed (for example, for check-in arrangements or emergency contact) is kept securely and deleted promptly after the stay. We do not maintain a marketing database or use guest details for promotional purposes.

5. Guest rights

Guests can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data directly through the booking platform or via Smoobu. We will cooperate fully with those platforms to support any such requests.

6. Sharing information

We only share guest data when required by law or for safety reasons (for example, with emergency services). We never sell or share personal data for marketing purposes.
